Ranking the best and worst 2019 NFL Draft caps

New Era released its designs Tuesday for the 2019 NFL Draft hats that incoming prospects will sport after being selected.

The headwear company integrated a state or city flag into each team's design. The New York Jets, the only team not included in the initial reveal, will unveil their cap Thursday along with their new uniform.

Here are the official 2019 New Era NFL Draft caps that players will wear on stage.

This year, all designs incorporate either state or city flag elements.

Best5. Dallas CowboysCowboys/New Era

Dallas' hat features a simple motif that stays true to the Texas state flag. It isn't flashy, but it's very slick.

4. Miami DolphinsDolphins/New Era

Is this the perfect hat to sport on the beach or what? This design certainly embodies Miami.

3. Arizona CardinalsCardinal/New Era

The Cardinals have excellent colors to work with and their cap features a cool version of the sunrays on Arizona's state flag.

2. Tennessee TitansTitans/New Era

The Titans were at an advantage since their team logo already features the three-star emblem on Tennessee's state flag, but this design is really appealing.

1. Buffalo BillsBills/New Era

A fantastic color scheme and an homage to the city flag's 13 lightning bolts. Perfection.

Worst5. Jacksonville JaguarsJaguars/New Era

There's just too much going on here. The colors don't seem to mesh and New Era overreached to incorporate the city's flag.

4. Pittsburgh SteelersSteelers/New Era

We're not sure if we're ready to work at a construction site or drive a racecar after eyeing the Steelers' lid. Given the team's iconic color scheme, It's a shame this isn't nicer.

3. San Francisco 49ers49ers/New Era

Pikachu, I choose you! Oh, this isn't Ash Ketchum's headgear?

2. New York GiantsGiants/New Era

The Giants' cap incorporates the trim that encircles the central seal of New York City's flag, but this one really doesn't work for us. Maybe it's the white background.

1. Kansas City ChiefsChiefs/New Era

This hat may actually cause a prospect to think twice about joining Patrick Mahomes in Kansas City.
