Former NFL quarterback Peyton Manning will be revisiting important moments in football history as part of an upcoming 30-episode documentary series.

Produced by NFL Films in collaboration with ESPN+, "Peyton's Places" will see Manning speak to former players, coaches, and other figures about the history of football and its cultural impact. Part 1 will debut on ESPN+ on July 15, with parts 2-5 being released periodically through January 2020.

The series will include Manning re-watching coaching film from Super Bowl III with Joe Namath, deconstructing "The Catch" with Joe Montana, and visiting the kitchen where the Lombardi Trophy was created with his brother Eli.

"This is a journey through 100 years of history, visiting the people and places that have made the NFL what it is," said Manning, who also serves as one of the show's executive producers. "From throwing a football off a skyscraper to re-enacting the Immaculate Reception and running Elvis Presley's football plays, every episode on ESPN+ will surprise even the most die-hard fan."
