Prosecutors said Wednesday they intend to make public the video footage of New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft paying for sexual interactions at a Florida day spa, according to John R. Ellement of the Boston Globe.

Kraft and 24 other men were charged in February with soliciting prostitution for their activities at Orchids of Asia Spa in Jupiter, Fla. Kraft pleaded not guilty to his two misdemeanor charges, rejecting a plea deal in favor of a jury trial.

Videos of the other individuals charged would be released with the Kraft footage, prosecutors said.

Kraft has fought to keep the videos - which were obtained through police surveillance - private. A judge ruled Wednesday that prosecutors cannot release the videos until there's a hearing, according to ESPN's T.J. Quinn.

In court documents, prosecutors said Florida law obligates them to release the footage.

The spa's owner, Hua Zhang, and manager, Lei Wang, are being prosecuted, too. Both have pleaded not guilty to their charges and Wang asked a judge to block the release of any video while her case is pending.
