The Issue: Proposed change in use of the Sisters of St Convent to a temporary student residence while planning underway for long-term plan for Grade 12 private school.The Impact: Up to 1,000 students being bused in and out of the rural neighbourhood, if it becomes a school, with one access point. Up to 136 as a temporary student resident.
