This Memorial Day, Lawmakers Seek to Protect Americans from Beach Umbrellas

Senators Bob Menendez and Mark Warner are calling on the Consumer Product Safety Commission to recall umbrellas they feel are dangerous, saying "a burst of wind can make these summer accessories harmful to those around them."
