Creative Balloon Destruction as Performance Art
Norwegian visual artist Jan Hakon Erichsen has embarked upon a unique challenge of finding the many different ways that balloons can be destroyed. Aptly entitled "The Destruction Diaries", Erichsen films himself in various positions with a variety of sharp instruments that are either attached to him or sitting very nearby. The creativity in which Erichsen approaches this single task turns the very act of balloon destruction into performance art.
