Tennessee Titans tight end Delanie Walker isn't sure if he'll be on the physically unable to perform list when training camp begins.

"I'll leave that up to the coaches," Walker said, according to Jenny Vrentas of The MMQB.

Walker missed all of last year after suffering an ankle injury in the team's season opener. The 34-year-old participated in OTAs this offseason but was held out of June minicamp. He said he's been progressing in his recovery.

"Just stepping on the field, running routes and doing drills, that was the biggest (hurdle)," Walker explained. "I had only been running for two weeks, and being able to run routes against guys, and beating them."

The three-time Pro Bowler was Tennessee's leading receiver in 2017, hauling in 74 catches for 807 yards and three touchdowns. A healthy Walker in Week 1 would provide a much-needed boost for quarterback Marcus Mariota.

"We have great coaches and training staff," Walker said. "They're probably not going to let me hit the ground running like I want to, but I look forward to getting into my groove."
