Southern Ontario gets heat warning for Friday, so keep an eye out for Hamilton’s cool down zones

During the heat wave, be on the lookout for symptoms of heat exhaustion such as heavy sweating, weakness, cold, pale and clammy skin, a weak pulse, fainting and vomiting.
