One suspect arrested, 2nd identified in March shots fired investigation

The Windsor Police Major Crimes Branch have arrested a 23-year-old Scarborough man, and are seeking a 27-year-old York Region man in relation to an investigation into a report of gunfire outside a business located on the 1100 block of Wyandotte Street West in March.
