Report: Texans fear Miller suffered torn ACL
The Houston Texans fear running back Lamar Miller tore his ACL after taking a direct shot to his left leg during Saturday's preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Miller appeared to be in immediate pain and needed the cart to exit the field.

If the injury is confirmed, Miller will likely miss the entire season.
Miller has been the Texans' leading rusher for the past three seasons. He racked up 973 yards and five touchdowns on 210 carries in 2018.
Houston acquired Duke Johnson from the Cleveland Browns on Aug. 8 for a reported conditional fourth-round pick, and the veteran will likely move into the starting role.
However, there's little proven depth beyond Johnson on Houston's running back depth chart, with Taiwan Jones, Josh Ferguson, and undrafted Karan Higdon rounding out the group.
