Google Inc's chief financial officer, Patrick Pichette, has announced his intention to retire, the company announced on Tuesday. His decision marks the latest in a number of recent changes to the internet company's upper ranks.
Google expects to find a replacement for Pichette within six months, the company said in a regulatory filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
