Stoney Creek resident planning 'education protests’ for children who have died in foster care

Alfredine (Linda) Plourde says she doesn't see herself as activist or an advocate, just a concerned mother and grandmother. Since 2007, Plourde, the founder of Protecting Canadian Children, has been raising awareness for parents of children who have died in the care of Ontario's children's aid societies.
