Newbie Numpty

Hi all,

I've just downloaded linux,
and it comes as a .iso file.

I'm on Windows10,
and it doesn't have a facility
that converts from .iso to an executable file.

Will I have to purchase a third party program
or is there a second program I can download
from Linux that will do the job nicely.
