Convert .xls files to .csv format in Redhat Linux command

Hello Team,
I am new in Linux platform. I want to convert .xls file to.csv format. Is there any single command do this activity in Redhat Linux 7.5?
Two things I have to perform.
1. .xls to .csv
2. Multipule .xls files to single .csv
Can Anyone suggest me how to achieve this?
