Can a landlord ever rerent a unit soon after a personal-use eviction without it being in bad faith?

Paralegal Harry Fine said of his cases, 80 per cent of personal-use evictions by small landlords "are given in bad faith." But he said if a landlord can prove their intentions were good, they may be able to rerent it in good faith.
