Against convention, Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey suited up and showcased his All-Pro abilities in Thursday's win over the Tennessee Titans - three days after his trade request became public. Now the clock is ticking on talks for Ramsey, who reportedly doesn't expect to be with the Jaguars by Week 4.

Here are the odds for Ramsey's next team, with a few clubs that stand out:

TEAMODDS
Kansas City Chiefs5-2
New England Patriots5-1
Oakland Raiders6-1
New Orleans Saints9-1
Tennessee Titans9-1
Los Angeles Chargers10-1
Dallas Cowboys10-1
Philadelphia Eagles10-1
Green Bay Packers10-1
Seattle Seahawks10-1
San Francisco 49ers10-1
Kansas City Chiefs (5-2)

The Chiefs have been pegged as front-runners in the Ramsey race since his intentions first became public. But Kansas City already traded away an enigmatic star cornerback in Marcus Peters just over a year ago. Why bring in Ramsey now?

Simply put, the Chiefs need him more than any other team. Defense has been their bugaboo amid otherworldly offensive numbers from Patrick Mahomes. Going all-out for Ramsey could be the solution in a potential January rematch with the Patriots.

New England Patriots (5-1)

The Patriots are usually the team trading away stars for first-round picks, not the other way around. But Ramsey would be a particularly nice fit with New England, which led the league in man-coverage percentage (56.8%) last year and has played man more frequently than any other team since 2016.

Ramsey has been vocal about his frustration with Jacksonville's zone defense, so he'd likely welcome a move to a legitimate contender that can optimize his skill set. The Patriots have shown a willingness to gamble on talent this year; could Ramsey be next?

Oakland Raiders (6-1)

The Raiders certainly aren't shy about taking swings for disgruntled difference-makers, and Ramsey has previously indicated a desire to play in Las Vegas, the team's new home starting in 2020. Oakland also has an extra 2020 first-round pick from the Khalil Mack trade, which could help the Raiders meet Jacksonville's reported asking price of multiple first-rounders.

Could Oakland satisfy Ramsey's desire to play for a contender? The cornerback won't be calling the shots with his new team, but the Raiders may be hesitant about acquiring another outspoken star after the Antonio Brown debacle.
