Daniel Jones dazzles in heroic comeback win
Daniel Jones' first NFL start was certainly a memorable one.
Taking over for Eli Manning, Jones completed 23 of 36 passes for 336 yards and four total touchdowns in the New York Giants' comeback victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Giants trailed by as much as 18 in the thrilling win. Down 28-18, the first-round rookie delivered his first clutch play, hitting Sterling Shepard with a pretty 7-yard touchdown.

The usually reserved 22-year-old apparently got the Giants' offense rolling after shocking his teammates with his fiery attitude in the huddle:
There was a point in the second quarter Daniel Jones went into the huddle and said, "Let's fu***** score!" Guys were taken aback. Had never seen that side of him, seen him curse. Moments later he pulled a zone read and ran in a touchdown. Had the sideline buzzing. #Giants

Trailing 31-25 late in the fourth quarter, Jones' magic hit its climax. With just over one minute remaining, the young passer gave New York the lead with a heroic 7-yard touchdown run, his second rushing score of the afternoon.

The Buccaneers marched down the field on the final drive of the game, but Matt Gay missed the game-winning field goal as time expired.
