Convert from udev to eudev - what files are involved?

Hi,
I want to convert from udev to eudev. This is on a custom linux boot disk. I don't recall, is udev just a single binary with the various configuration files or are several files involved? In other words, is upgrading as easy as just replacing the udev binary with the eudev version or are a bunch of files needing to be changed?
