Antonio Brown may still have interest in an NFL comeback.

The controversial wideout's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, appeared on Warren Sapp's "99 Problems" podcast and said he believes his client wants to make a return to the gridiron.

"I believe that Antonio wants to continue his career in the NFL," Rosenhaus said. "It's my hope, it's Antonio's hope, that he'll be back playing as soon as possible."

Rosenhaus' comments come just days after Brown declared during a Twitter tirade that he won't play in the NFL again due to his canceled agreements with the Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots.

Brown's agent also said this past Saturday that he's had discussions with multiple teams that have expressed interest in the All-Pro receiver but remain cautious as the NFL investigates multiple allegations against the 31-year-old.

Brown is accused of raping his former personal trainer. A second woman has also accused him of making an unwanted sexual advance toward her and sending her intimidating texts after she spoke to Sports Illustrated.

The NFL has stated that it would consider placing Brown on the commissioner's exempt list if he signs with a team, depending on the status of its investigation.

The Patriots released Brown after just 11 days with the team due to the accusations against him. New England voided his $10 million guaranteed as a result, reportedly prompting Brown to file a grievance against the club.

In the meantime, Brown is currently enrolled in several online courses at his alma mater, Central Michigan.
