Wise Tiger USB Adapter can't reach Kali Linux

I bought a Wise Tiger USB Adapter, knowing that it works with Linux, I installed it, but when I launch my Kali VirtualBox, I don't see it at all on Ifconfig. It only shows me "eth0" and "lo" When I turn on my Virtual Machine, the USB Adapter disappears from my list of Network Connections on my Windows host machine. When I stop the machine, it pops back up and it isn't connected to the Internet, so I have to connect it again. Why is it not showing up on "ifconfig" I need help with this please!
