Need: Live OS USB to work with VM VirtualBox
by Time4Linux from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4REBS)
For the last days I've tried my hardest to setup a system, installed on a VM, which I can run from a USB.
Trying the latest Ubuntu 19.04, but it just won't install VirtualBox in a Live session.
I don't think I want to try to fully install onto a USB stick, to be able to "host" a VM, as I want it to be "amnesic".
(I have also tried running a Live OS USB with Linux Mint, but it seems it lacks drivers for new hardware, so the screen resolution was very low. Ubuntu 19.04 however seems a lot more compatible in that sense.)
Hoping for some good advice and a solution to this. There may be a way that can solve the issue that I haven't thought of yet.
