'Everyone failed my son,' says mom who saw him stabbed outside Hamilton high school

Devan Bracci-Selvey was attacked before his mother's eyes outside Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School on Monday. His mother says the 14-year-old, who was stabbed and later died, had been bullied since the beginning of the school year.
