Forgot super user (su) password

I have installed Ubuntu 16.04 on my Windows 10 desktop (Dell) dual boot system. I know I'm not the first to forget my su password.
I'm looking for the default password. I'm sure I didn't change the default super user password why would I? I already tried admin administrator and the password I use to login.
