How do I fix the time zone after I already made the DST update?

I updated glibc-zoneinfo after detecting that the time zone of America / Sao_Paulo had advanced one hour (the new one does not have this advance), restarted apache, but the time on the sites is still incorrect. The machine time is correct. What do I do now?
