VB & Networking VMs

I do very little with my VMs, but they all used to connect via NAT and get internet from the host. That's fine - I'm not worth hacking.
Now the windows 10 vm has lost it. I got nowhere in Windows 10, but in VirtualBox the settings are all greyed out:confused:
It's showing adapters greyed out and network disabled. Has anyone seen this?
