[Tinycore 64bit] netsurf package

Hi

Repo has netsurf, a GTK2 web browser v 3.8

I have done a private update to v 3.9 and sharing a folder for the packages

Also link contains the build dir for build script and the source package (GPL v2)

Try at own risk but it works for me.
