KDE - Applications displayed in bottom panel on all desktops

Using SUSE 11 KDE desktop, I'm trying to use multiple desktops. But when I open an application (like Konsole gvim) it is displayed on the bottom panel in all desktops . I would like it to be displayed only in the desktop it was opened. How can this be configured ?
