Kamara questionable, Cook out again vs. Cardinals
New Orleans Saints star running back Alvin Kamara is questionable for Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals after missing last week's contest with ankle and knee injuries, according to the team's injury report.
While the Saints have a chance to get Kamara - who was limited in the team's last two practices of the week - back for Week 8, the NFC South leaders will be without tight end Jared Cook for a second straight week due to an ankle injury.
Quarterback Drew Brees, who could be a game-time decision after missing the last five games with a thumb ailment, was also listed as questionable.
Brees is hopeful he can play but head coach Sean Payton said he'll wait until Sunday to decide whether the 40-year-old is ready to retake the reins from Teddy Bridgewater, who's led the Saints to five consecutive wins.
