Firefox ESR

I'm looking for information about Firefox ESR. The Mozilla PPA has not been updated in many weeks. Searching the web for anything related to installing or updating ESR on Ubuntu is futile. Almost like ESR just doesn't exist in Ubuntu anymore.
We use ESR at work. We do not want to move to the normal branch as we don't have time to deal with breakage every 6 weeks, soon to be 4 weeks.
