[SOLVED] anydesk shut down
by Rosika from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4T7TZ)
Hi altogether,
Ive been using the remote maintenance software anydesk lately to help a friend of mine with her laptop.
Everything was going smoothly when suddenly my anydesk window crashed. Having launched anydesk from the terminal I was able to capture the error-message afterwards. It said:
Code:[xcb] Unknown sequence number while processing queue
[xcb] Most likely this is a multi-threaded client and XInitThreads has not been called
[xcb] Aborting, sorry about that.
anydesk: ../../src/xcb_io.c:259: poll_for_event: Zusicherung !xcb_xlib_threads_sequence_lost nicht erfi1/4llt. # requirements not metI restarted anydesk and it was o.k. again.
Im not quite sure what triggered that phenomenon.
Does anybody know something about it?
My system is: Linux/Lubuntu 18.04.3 LTS, 64 bit
My friends system: WIN7, 64 bit
Many thanks in advance.
Greetings.
