How to transfer server request to another server

Im going to host COD4 game server and i want to transfer players to another server. it is like this.

VPS 1 = ip - x.x.x.111
VPS 2 = ip - x.x.x.222 / runing cod4 game server.

now i want to give to players, ip adress of vps1 (x.x.x.111) to connect to cod4 in vps2 (x.x.x.222)

so here i want to transfer x.x.x.111:28960 request to x.x.x.222:28960

can i do that , if how i gonna do it , please someone help me
