How to promote a new OpenSource software ?

Hello,
I'm also a professional software developer and I've been using Linux and other open source product for the last 20 year. I've been working an a new Opensource software and I'm looking for a way to promote it.
Do you have idea how to promote new Opensource Project ?
The project I'm working on is called Minarca, it's a backup software for small business and service provider. Might also be used for home lab or similar. Source code is available here: https://github.com/ikus060/minarca Currently putting in place a testing platform to easily evaluate the product.
Where I need help and recommendation is how do I promote it ?
