From *inside* save dialogs: Ability to move files around, delete, move directories, etc.? Caja integration doesn't do it.

Windows has something that I do miss nearly every other day, and it's something that I just can't quite get Caja to do it, no matter how much I tailor it.
I'm begging you: Don't waste my time with the BS "Linux isn't Windows" page(s) please.
I want something specific:
I'm within any arbitrary application.
I go to save a file.
Inside that save dialog window (behaving like Caja, so I assume it's the integration) I see a broken directory setup.
4. I fix that entire tree from within the dialog. Move files and directories around, rename things, etc., without having to hop out and fix things externally.
I can't seem to emulate this in Caja, and rather than try out every last file choosing integration out there, what is most likely to have this?
Thanks!
