Case of mistaken identity: Police offer $25,000 reward one year after Brampton man shot to death on Hwy. 410

Jason Ramkishun, 23, was shot to death after he was targeted because he was in a vehicle similar to the one the gunman was looking for. A week later, the intended target, a 26-year-old man, was shot on the same highway and sustained serious injuries.
