Ubuntu 18.04.3 NOT booting after fresh install?

I'm having an issue after installing Ubuntu on a SSD. It will finish the installation then once I reboot I just get the blinking cursor and nothing happens.
I have 4 Hard disk drives in the computer. If I remove all but the one I installed Ubuntu on it will boot just fine.
How can I boot into Ubuntu and still have the other drives connected (mounted)?
In the BIOS I did configure the boot order to point to the drive that has the Ubuntu installed on it first.
