bluetoothctl returns "no default controller available"

Linux sandalphon 4.19.0-6-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.67-2+deb10u1 (2019-09-20) x86_64 GNU/LinuxI have got the packages bluez and blueman installed but when I run bluetoothctl even with sudo, I get the output like this

No default controller availableNo matter what I type it gives me the same result.
