Recommend on demand cloud provider?

Can anyone recommend where I can create a Linux VM and let it sit there until I need it? I have something with Google Cloud but if I leave billing off for 30 days they delete it. so I have to keep it online even if I don't want it.
I'd just like a cheap pay as you go CentOS 7 VM and I can enable/disable when I want it.
