YMCA Peace Medal Breakfast honours local peacemakers

Local peacemakers were recognized and honoured, Thursday, for their contributions to supporting local peace and community-building efforts at the annual YMCA Peace Medal Breakfast Thursday. Presented by the Farah Family Foundation and Hasty Markets, the 2019 YMCA Annual Peace Medal Breakfast featured a keynote address from Dr. Samantha Nutt, a doctor and founder of the international humanitarian organization War Child Canada and War Child USA.
