Postfix, outgoing filter

Hello!
I'm a bit lost in Postfix filtering settings. I'm trying to find best way to filter outgoing mails from particular address to particular recipients, so multiple conditions.
I would need to allow all noreplay notifications to internal users only. Pseudo code would be:
IF MailFrom = noreplay@server.com AND MailTo <> *@server.com THEN REJECT
