New York Giants co-owner Steve Tisch hinted Tuesday that change could sweep through the organization at the end of the year.

"It's been a very frustrating season," Tisch told Bruce Beck of WNBC-TV. "At the end ... John Mara and I are gonna get together and discuss the future. As partners, we have to be very honest with each other about where we see this team going into the 2020 season."

The two-win Giants haven't tasted victory since Week 4, leading to murmurs that general manager Dave Gettleman and head coach Pat Shurmur could be on the hot seat.

The Giants have reached the playoffs just once since their Super Bowl championship at the end of the 2011 campaign. They look destined to pick in the top six of the NFL draft for the third consecutive year.

When asked if he still believes in Gettleman's and Shurmur's ability to lead the franchise, Tisch was mum.

"Those decisions and (this) conversation are not going to be made this morning," he said. "It's really at the end of the season that John and I are going to sit down and talk about these issues."

The Giants are 7-21 in nearly two full seasons under Gettleman and Shurmur, who were both hired in 2018.
