Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson practiced on a limited basis for the second straight day Tuesday due to a quad injury, the team announced.

However, the MVP front-runner insists he'll play in the Ravens' matchup against the New York Jets on Thursday.

"I'll be out there Thursday night," Jackson said, according to The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec.

The 22-year-old revealed that he suffered the injury on a low hit in the third quarter during the Ravens' Week 14 win against the Buffalo Bills.

Jackson said he noticed that his last two opponents were hitting him low, but added that there's nothing he can do about it.

"We're playing football. It's an aggressive game. They're trying to make a tackle and I'm trying to make them miss," he said.

The Ravens, who've already clinched a playoff spot, will look to claim their second consecutive division title Thursday. Baltimore currently holds the AFC's top seed with a record of 11-2.
