Report: Thielen expected to return Week 15 after 4-game absence

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen is expected to return Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers barring a setback in practice, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Thielen missed the last four games with a hamstring injury.

The star wideout suffered the injury in Week 8. He tried to play the following game but exited early in the contest.

Thielen's return would provide a significant boost to Minnesota as it fights for the top spot in the NFC North. The Vikings (9-4) sit one game back of the Green Bay Packers for the division lead.

The 29-year-old has amassed 27 receptions for 391 yards and six touchdowns across eight games this season.
