[SOLVED] Which is less likely to have crashes, Mint Mate or Ubuntu Mate?

Hi again.
I've installed Ubuntu Mate one one of my computers, sees fine...haven't had the time off to play around with it as much as I'd like. Still haven't run any live distros on my homebuilt. I keep reading about crashes, and that's one thing I have not experienced with Win7; I'd like to have a system that is not prone to crashing. Any ideas, anyone?
