Support Intel AHCI remapped NVMe devices Patch?

Hi,
I noticed the work Dan Williams and Daniel Drake have both done on getting the NVMe devices working (when they don't) in Linux when the Intel Controller is in RAID mode.
Does anyone have a link to the latest clean patches to implement this? I can't seem to find it, just a mess of various separate patches mixed with emails that I can't tell what goes with what.
