Correct screen resolution on Debian 10.2 Standard?

Hello, does anyone know how to get a correct screen res on Debian 10.2 standard? My screen resolution is 1920x1080 though Debian makes it a much lower one. On Ubuntu-Server this works fine, does anyone know how to make the resolution higher? In my case, 1920x1080. It's just unsatisfying to look at a much lower one.
