exFat support
by joboy from LinuxQuestions.org on (#4WJMG)
I no longer able to access the Android forum for unknown reason so I post my question here.
I got a problem connecting a SSD to Android phone. I installed Linux Mint on a SSD via USB, and created an exFat partition for sharing large files with Android, I got a LG phone on Android 8 and a Samsung tablet on Android 9, the LG read write the SSD no problem but the Samsung can't even recognize the partition, I tried both format with windows and "mkfs" both the same result wonder what went wrong ?
