Linux and DotNetCore

Hello,
I am not that expert in Linux, and I want to deploy the below:
I have a dotnetcore application to be installed on CentOS 7.
I have managed to install and run the application on localhost, however, when any client browser from my LAN tries to browse the page it does not work.
I can reach the server from any browser to a simple index.html page but not to the dotnetcore application
To my understanding, I need to set up apache proxy server for dotnetcore application to work from outside the server, which where I'm having the issue.
The proxy (reverse proxy) should be installed on the same web server where the application and apache web server is deployed.
I would appreciate all your support in fixing this issue.
It is a requirement to deploy the application on Linux instead of windows servers.
