Have Python 3.7.4 installed.
Have PyCharm Community 2019.3 installed.
PyCharm can not setup itself about Python interpreter.
When I start PyCharm, load a Python source file and try to Run it, PyCharm does not run the source, but opens a drop-down menu to select from 2 options:
Run
Edit Configurations

Run is inactive.
Edit Configurations is active, and I select it.

Field: Python interpreter is empty, it can not be filled by typing it can be filled by selection from a drop-down list, but list is empty, so I can not select anything.
===============================
How to setup PyCharm about Python interpreter.
(May be it will need more settings, but I stuck at this point)latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=xzL5rnljtqg:JHMnM8sjokM:F7zBnMy latest?i=xzL5rnljtqg:JHMnM8sjokM:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=xzL5rnljtqg:JHMnM8sjokM:gIN9vFwxzL5rnljtqg
