Halton Police arrest impaired driver with help from 'astute' Instagram user

Police say they received a 911 call from a person who had watched a video on the photo-sharing app of a male driver whose car was "stopped in a turn lane facing a green light" at the intersection of Bronte Street and Steeles Avenue.
