Iptables set up for Access Point

Hi,
I created an Access Point using create_ap from github,
It all works well and I am connected to the access point with my Android cell phone.
I am trying to block all access to websites except 1 website, and I'm having a lot of trouble with it.
internet interface ip is: 192.168.100.100
Access Point ip is: 192.168.12.1
Android phone ip: 192.168.12.158
How can i solve this using iptables?
